Glass Galore 2019
September Meeting
The September lampworker’s meeting will be held at Third Degree Glass Factory on September 8th from 2:00-4:00 PM. But you can get there earlier, like 1 PM, if you want. We will be doing glass experiences, either a paperweight or an ornament. Please bring $25 to cover half the cost. The group will pay for the other half. The address is 5200 Delmar Blvd., St Louis, Missouri.

The August lampworker’s meeting will be held at Laura’s house on August 10th from 2:00-4:00 PM. This will be our garage sale meeting. So, bring the art supplies you want to sell and money to buy supplies you want from others.

For eleven years, people from all over the Midwest have come together to celebrate their common interest: melting glass! Artists make the trip from various states including: Illinois, Minnesota, Arkansas, Kentucky, Kansas, Philadelphia, Colorado and even Florida to spend time with other like-minded individuals for a weekend of fun and learning! We not only welcome flameworkers, but a variety of artists as well. Basically, anyone that wants to have a good time! The Missouri Bead Retreat (MBR) is always scheduled the weekend BEFORE Memorial Day weekend and goes from Friday through Monday.
